Project Fit First
Start Your Project Review
Share the essentials first: location, project type, goals, budget direction, timing, and known conditions. We review project fit before recommending a technical site assessment or design next step.
How It Works
A clearer first step for substantial residential projects.
The review is designed to make the first conversation more useful and avoid scheduling a site visit before the basic project fit is understood.

We review fit
We look at geography, project type, scale, budget direction, timing, available information, and overall working fit.
Initial conversation
If it looks aligned, we clarify goals, constraints, and what information is still needed.
Technical next step
When appropriate, we move into a site assessment, feasibility work, or design planning.

Local Focus
North Seattle & Eastside, generally north of I-90.
Silver Peak serves North Seattle and Eastside communities north of I-90. Our primary northern focus includes North Seattle, Bothell, Mill Creek, and Woodinville. We also consider select projects in Redmond and Kirkland when the location, scope, budget, timing, and overall fit make sense. On the Eastside, we prefer projects north of SR 520 when possible.
